GreenSense may invite golf courses, teaching facilities, adaptive golf programs, senior leagues, teams, instructors, pro shops, and other organizations to submit demo-site, pilot, testing, or partnership inquiries.
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee selection, participation, product access, exclusivity, compensation, sponsorship, or any formal relationship with GreenSense.
Any demo, pilot, testing, distribution, sponsorship, or partnership arrangement must be confirmed in a separate written agreement signed by GreenSense.
GreenSense may describe intended benefits, potential use cases, survey findings, customer insights, or anticipated product outcomes. Such statements are provided for informational purposes only.
GreenSense does not guarantee improved putting performance, lower scores, faster pace of play, increased independence, tournament eligibility, user satisfaction, or any specific result. Golf performance depends on numerous factors, including user skill, course conditions, product use, training, physical ability, environmental conditions, and other variables outside GreenSense's control.
GreenSense products, prototypes, website content, and related materials are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any disease, disability, impairment, injury, or medical condition.
Users with vision, mobility, balance, neurological, physical, or other health-related concerns should consult appropriate professionals before using any golf equipment, training aid, assistive technology, or prototype product.
Golf rules, equipment standards, and tournament requirements may vary by governing body, tournament, league, facility, committee, event, or rules official.
GreenSense is being designed with golf rules and adaptive equipment considerations in mind. However, GreenSense does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that any GreenSense product, prototype, mode, feature, or use case will be permitted in any competition, tournament, league, formal round, or other regulated golf setting.
Before using any GreenSense product or prototype in competition or formal play, the user is solely responsible for confirming compliance with applicable rules and obtaining any necessary approval from the relevant committee, governing body, event organizer, facility, or rules official.
Unless GreenSense expressly states otherwise in writing, prototypes, demo units, and early product versions should be treated as practice, testing, or evaluation tools only.
The website and all content on it, including the GreenSense name, logos, trademarks, service marks, copy, designs, graphics, renderings, photographs, videos, animations, icons, product descriptions, user interface elements, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to GreenSense and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
