GreenSense is committed to making its website accessible to the widest possible audience, including individuals with disabilities and users of assistive technologies.

Accessibility is central to the GreenSense mission. GreenSense is developing golf technology intended to help golfers better understand putting green slope and break through a more intuitive, feel-based experience, with particular attention to aging golfers, adaptive golfers, and golfers with visual or mobility-related challenges.

1. Accessibility Standard

GreenSense aims to design, develop, and maintain its website in substantial alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines ("WCAG") 2.2 Level AA where reasonably achievable.

These guidelines are intended to make web content more accessible for individuals with disabilities and more usable for all users.

As part of our accessibility efforts, GreenSense intends to support:

3. Motion and Interactive Content

The GreenSense website may use animation, scrolling effects, product renderings, or interactive visuals to explain product concepts. GreenSense intends for essential content, forms, and calls to action to remain accessible without requiring users to rely solely on motion, complex gestures, or visual animations.

Where practical, GreenSense will support browser or operating system reduced-motion preferences.

4. Ongoing Efforts

GreenSense is an early-stage company, and the website will continue to evolve as product development, branding, content, and functionality are refined. Some portions of the website may not yet fully conform to our accessibility goals.

GreenSense will make reasonable efforts to improve accessibility as new pages, media, forms, product visuals, and digital features are added.

5. Third-Party Content

Some website functionality may rely on third-party platforms, including email signup tools, embedded forms, analytics tools, videos, maps, or social media links.

GreenSense does not fully control third-party platforms, but will seek to use tools that support accessibility where reasonably available.
